We can't say much except from what we see on their site.
One thing we don't like is that their contact information is not up front or easy to find and you can only e-mail them.

This to us is not a good sign especially if you have difficulty with this exporter how would you report them or track them down?  They also don't list any kind of prices for auction cars or service fees.
